Job Description
Utilize CNC programming knowledge to set up, operate, and adjust machining equipment to meet production requirements.
Read and interpret blueprints, safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance procedures to ensure accurate machining results.
Perform necessary calculations to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and cutting depth or angles.
Retrieve, input, and edit machine control data using computerized machine systems.
Ensure equipment is operated safely and maintained in proper working condition.
Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, making adjustments when needed.
Job Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of CNC programming experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with SolidWorks CAD required.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and procedural manuals.
Strong understanding of algebra, geometry, and machining calculations.
Ability to perform precise machine setups and adjustments according to specifications.
