RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Equipment Repair Technician to join our light manufacturing team in Mesa, AZ with $19/hr pay for a 1 month contract (temp to perm opportunity). This role involves troubleshooting, testing, and repairing bottled water coolers, filtration equipment, and coffee brewers. What You ll Do:
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair equipment according to OEM specifications.
- Disassemble, assemble, clean, sanitize, and perform quality inspections on equipment.
- Diagnose heating, cooling, and electrical failures on refurbished equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to support repairs.
- Perform testing using electrical instruments provided by the department.
- Complete accurate documentation and record-keeping for all repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation following 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Actively participate in team huddles to support performance objectives and continuous improvement.
- Follow all safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
What we re looking for:
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with urgency while maintaining quality and safety.
- Experience safely operating manual, electric, battery, and pneumatic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, amp meters, etc.).
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, stand for prolonged periods, and lift up to 45 pounds.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math skills (multiplication, division) to support troubleshooting and repair tasks.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive in problem-solving.
