Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple projects from kickoff to completion, aligning with company goals
- Motivate cross-functional teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Adjust priorities, assignments, and schedules based on evolving business needs
- Identify project risks and roadblocks, proactively driving resolutions
- Communicate key updates and milestones clearly to all stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects (non-IT focus)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to shift gears as priorities evolve
- Experience using project management tools and scheduling software
- Familiarity with formal project management methodologies
