We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate in Lincolnia VA 22312 with $17.00/hr pay for a 6-month contract to hire opportunity. It will will support daily warehouse operations and assist with counter sales as needed. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates and those with prior industry experience are highly preferred. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, experience using forklift, wire cutting machine and other material handling aid.
Schedule: Monday Friday, 6: 00 AM 4: 30 PM (Flexible 8-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break)

What You ll Do:
- Perform daily warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Assist with counter sales and provide excellent customer service to walk-in clients.
- Operate sit-down forklifts and safely handle materials throughout the warehouse.
- Use wire-cutting machines and other tools to prepare materials according to customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with forklift operation and basic warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
