Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated a Material Handler in Austin Texas 78753 with $18.00/hr pay for a 3-month contract, temp to permanent opportunity. In this role, you ll help keep operations running smoothly by preparing shipments, organizing inventory, and handling materials safely with pallet jacks or forklifts. Schedule: 8: 00 AM - 4: 30PM, 9-hour shifts (includes lunch + breaks)
What You ll Be Doing
- Prepare and package pallets for outbound shipments
- Load and unload trucks and parcel deliveries
- Safely move materials using a pallet jack or forklift
- Keep the tech center and warehouse organized and running efficiently
- Accurately enter data into our ERP system
- Support general warehouse tasks and pitch in where
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED is great to have, but not required
- Experience in warehouse or inventory environments is a big plus
- Previous forklift or pallet jack experience preferred
- Able to lift 30 50 lbs comfortably and safely
- Comfortable using a computer for basic data entry
- A positive team attitude and attention to detail
