We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist for our facility in Dawsonville, GA 30534. This is a 1-year contract role with temp-to-perm potential, offering $15.00/hr. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of IT equipment and experience in warehouse operations. Primary responsibilities include testing and inventorying IT hardware such as PCs, laptops, and LCDs, as well as stacking, wrapping, and palletizing equipment. Candidates must be physically able to lift and move equipment regularly and remain on their feet for up to 8 hours per shift. Safety toe shoes are required.

Job Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist for our facility in Dawsonville, GA 30534. This is a 1-year contract role with temp-to-perm potential, offering $15.00/hr. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of IT equipment and experience in warehouse operations. Primary responsibilities include testing and inventorying IT hardware such as PCs, laptops, and LCDs, as well as stacking, wrapping, and palletizing equipment. Candidates must be physically able to lift and move equipment regularly and remain on their feet for up to 8 hours per shift. Safety toe shoes are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test and inventory IT equipment including PCs, laptops, and LCD monitors
- Scan and track assets using inventory systems
- Stack, shrink-wrap, and palletize equipment
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse tools
- Maintain accurate records and follow safety procedures
- Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing, kneeling, and walking
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly
- Comfortable standing or walking for long periods (up to 8 hours)
- Can work from 07: 30: AM - 04: 00: PM
- Basic understanding of computers and IT equipment is preferred
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
- Must wear safety toe shoes
- Dependable and detail-oriented
