We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Dawsonville, GA 30534. This is a 12-month contract role paying $15.00/hour, with the potential to be hired permanently based on your performance and business needs. No prior warehouse experience is necessary just a strong work ethic and the desire to grow within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Schedule: 8: 00 AM - 4: 30 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Dawsonville, GA 30534. This is a 12-month contract role paying $15.00/hour, with the potential to be hired permanently based on your performance and business needs. No prior warehouse experience is necessary just a strong work ethic and the desire to grow within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Schedule: 8: 00 AM - 4: 30 PM, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and break down consumer electronic devices such as TVs, computers, and phones
- Lift, move, and organize boxes to assist scanners in meeting production goals
- Palletize, wrap, and label products accurately and efficiently
- Replenish supplies at workstations and transport trash to compactor areas
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Assist team members across various warehouse functions as needed
- Support quality control by organizing and maintaining inventory zones
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Warehouse or general labor experience is helpful but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for long periods in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and environments
