Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Lift, carry, push, and pull boxes weighing up to 100 lbs for extended periods.
- Walk, stand, kneel, stoop, squat, and bend frequently throughout the shift.
- Navigate stairs, inclines, and changes in elevation while transporting inventory.
- Load and shrink-wrap pallets on the ground or carts, and manually load boxes onto trucks.
- Use handheld scanners and proprietary systems to track and process orders.
- Operate hand carts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse material handling equipment.
- Maintain warehouse organization and ensure safe working conditions.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures with minimal supervision.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or similar physical labor experience preferred.
- Must be able to read and write in English clearly and accurately.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive movements and heavy lifting.
- Experience using handheld scanners and basic warehouse technology.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to use general tools and equipment safely.
- Dependable, safety-oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities or shifts.
