RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Operator to join our team in Houston, TX with $21/hr pay for a 1 year contract (potential Temp to Hire). In this role, you will support warehouse operations by handling, storing, and moving materials efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to load and unload freight safely and efficiently
- Read and understand written instructions, memos, and shipping documents
- Pick materials, components, and finished goods and deliver them to production or shipping areas
- Perform cycle counts and assist in order fulfillment
- Manually handle boxes or parts weighing up to 50 lbs
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse or related experience
- At least 1 year of experience using ERP systems (Oracle or SAP preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving
- Basic oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer and math proficiency
