Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate in Indianapolis, IN 46240 for a 3-month contract at $19/hour, with potential to transition to permanent based on performance and business needs. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and pulling orders using RF scanners, supporting daily warehouse operations, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Some forklift experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and pull orders accurately and efficiently
- Use RF scanners to process inventory and orders
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE, including steel toe shoes
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Some forklift experience preferred
- Ability to work a Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM schedule
- Comfortable using RF scanners and basic warehouse equipment
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
