Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Pull, verify, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate reach trucks and other heavy machinery safely.
- Use RF scan guns for scanning, tracking, and verifying inventory.
- Stock materials and maintain organized warehouse areas.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
- Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Keep work areas clean and follow all safety guidelines.
- Stay past scheduled shift when required to complete all orders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older to operate required equipment.
- Proven reach truck operation experience, with strong understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Proficient with RF scan guns, including scanning, inventory adjustments, and product verification.
- Ability to safely operate heavy machinery and follow strict safety guidelines and procedures.
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct order or inventory discrepancies.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work extended hours when needed to complete workload demands.
