RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are looking for an experienced and dependable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Plano, TX with $22/hr pay for a 1 month contract(temp only). This role is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse, supporting both inbound and outbound operations, while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company standards. Schedule: Monday to Friday (9: 00AM 5: 30PM)

 

What You ll Do:
  • Safely maneuver pallets of full goods within the warehouse.
  • Load pallets onto third-party carrier trailers with 100% accuracy.
  • Receive domestic orders from other facilities and process accordingly.
  • Perform pick ticket processing and ensure accuracy of order fulfillment.
  • Complete daily Loader Activity Logs and execute dock schedules.
  • Maximize dock door utilization and manage line loads.
  • Process inbound shipments/returns within 24 hours of arrival.
  • Maintain yard management accuracy and communicate with carriers/utilities for efficiency.
  • Uphold housekeeping and sanitation standards for warehouse, forklifts, and dock office (maintaining 90%+ 5S standards).
  • Identify and address quality issues (damaged cases, leakers, etc.) and hold defective pallets.
  • Resolve order and goods discrepancies;complete order exceptions as required.
  • Provide direction to warehouse staff and palletizers when needed.
  • Proactively communicate across warehouse and departments for issue resolution and process improvements.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager.

 

What We re Looking For:
  • 2 3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
  • Forklift operation experience required.
  • Proficient computer skills, including SAP, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
  • Ability to read pick tickets, identify product deficiencies, and ensure accuracy in order processing.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible with work hours, including overtime, vacation coverage, and off-shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
