Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to be in Boise, ID for a 2-year contract! The Assistant, is responsible for performing general administrative support tasks for a firmware team. We are seeking a person who has a growth mind set and enjoys working in a dynamic environment, APPLY NOW!

Contract Duration: 2 years

Pay: $25.00/Hourly on W2

  • Assisting supervisory and non-supervisory employees with general administrative work.
  • These tasks may include, but are not limited to, general records maintenance, compiling data for reports and dashboards, developing & editing power point slide deck presentations, assisting with administrative tasks associated with the cost center(s) budget(s), scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • This individual will maintain the calendar for two managers, make travel arrangements, greeting/escort visitors, and assist new employees. This requires coordinating work within the work unit and with other work units/departments, both internal and external to the company.
  • We are seeking a person who has a growth mind set and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. This person will work on assignments that are complex in nature and that require considerable judgment, initiative, and confidentiality. This person will be required to work successfully with minimal supervision and may need to complete assignments that do not yet have established procedures.
  • A successful candidate will apply knowledge of the job skills and company policies to effectively complete assignments.

  • High school education or equivalent; however, college level education preferred.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of general administrative experience or equivalent combination of experience and college level education is required.
