RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team in Houston, TX at $45/hr pay. This role is essential in supporting our global treasury operations, maintaining critical documentation, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and banking partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Track, review, analyze, and coordinate global documents for signature by authorized treasury signatories.
- Organize, store, and retrieve documents both digitally and physically, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
- Support bank account connectivity for initiatives such as cash pooling, SWIFT/H2H reporting, and payment capabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of treasury requests using treasury and project management tools.
- Assist with bank account signatory updates and associated documentation.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and overseeing workflow coordination.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and streamline communication related to administrative or treasury matters.
- Assist with or lead special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1 2 years of experience in a treasury or finance role.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with treasury management systems.
- Solid understanding of banking operations, cash management principles, and bank services.
- Experience handling confidential financial information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Experience in bank account management and signatory documentation processes.(Preferred)
- Familiarity with SWIFT, host-to-host (H2H) integrations, and cash pooling structures.(Preferred)
