Cemetery Specialist
Job Description
RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We re looking for reliable and hardworking Cemetery Specialists to join our team at Weslaco, TX with $12.50/hr pay for 2 months contract (temp to perm opportunity). This is a hands-on outdoor role that plays an important part in maintaining the grounds and supporting burial services with care, respect, and professionalism. Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PM
What You ll Do
- Maintain and clean cemetery grounds
- Assist with opening graves and preparing burial sites
- Set up equipment for services and daily operations
- Trim trees and support general grounds maintenance
- Operate a backhoe safely within cemetery grounds
- (If experienced) operate tractors and other cemetery equipment
- Work closely with the team to ensure grounds are clean, organized, and respectfully maintained
- Follow all safety procedures and complete company training
What We re Looking For:
- Backhoe operator experience required
- Valid driver s license required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Open to completing company-provided training
