RIGHTSTONE is looking for dedicated a Courier Assistant in Odenton, Maryland 21113, with $16/hr. Pay potential for an initial 3-month contract and a temp-to-perm opportunity. In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting Mobile Shred Operators (MSO) with the delivery of equipment and pick up of on-site or off-site secure shredding of customers confidential documents. Shift Schedule: M-F, 6: 30am-3: 30pm (5 days a week including 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.)
Duration: 3-month contract (temp-to-hire)
Position Summary
- Assists Mobile Shred Operators (MSO) with the delivery of equipment and pick up of on-site or off-site secure shredding of customers confidential documents.
- Services and communicates with our customers while performing the service.
- Acts as a backup MSO or courier to assist in performing secure shredding services in the absence of an MSO or courier personnel due to vacations, illness or emergency situations.
- Services and communicates with our customers by assisting in the delivery and pickup of customer material for destruction at a site designated by our clients.
- The Mobile Shred Operator and Assistant have personal responsibility for its secure disposal.
Requirements
- Protective footwear is required and shall meet ASTM F2413-11 Standard Specification for Performance Requirements for Protective (Safety) Toe Cap Footwear and have a slip-resistant rating designated as Better or Best - Required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
