The ideal candidate will have zero to two years of experience and be able to respond to multiple customer inquiries and requests. The main job focus will be setting up customer accounts and providing answers about those accounts to customers. Training will be provided.
HS Diploma or Equivalent.
0-2 years of work experience, retail or customer service preferred.
Basic computer literacy.
Able to coordinate multiple phone calls at one time.
Ability to commute and work onsite.
