Data Entry Specialist (7AM-3:30PM) - RC
Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Data Entry Specialists in Northborough MA 01532 with $18.56/hr pay for a 6-month contract, temp to permanent opportunity. In this role, you won't just be sitting at a desk all day you will play a crucial part in managing physical medical archives and digitizing vital data. You will retrieve medical files from storage cartons, accurately enter high-volume data into our client database, and safely handle boxes ranging from 30 to 50 lbs. Schedule: 7: 00AM - 3: 30PM (5 days a week, 9 hours a day including 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks)
What You ll Do
- Retrieve individual medical files from cartons and accurately identify and enter required data fields into the client database.
- Maintain a keystroke speed of at least 10, 000 KPH with 100% accuracy, verified by double-key confirmation.
- Safely lift and carry cartons weighing 30 50 lbs to and from your workstation and pallet (one box every 5 7 minutes) from heights between 13 and 45 .
- Organize and return completed files to their proper cartons and return cartons to pallet storage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety protocols and PPE requirements.
What We re Looking For:
- Proven data entry experience with high-speed typing (10, 000+ KPH) and exceptional accuracy.
- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 30 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Comfortable alternating between seated work and frequent physical activity.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance and ability to follow structured workflows.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
