Job Description
Rightstone is looking for an Electronics Teardown & Production Associate in Dawsonville, GA. The pay rate is $15.00/hr for a full-time, 3-month contract with strong "Temp-to-Perm" potential for top performers.
In this role, you will be the key person responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient production flow for a global leader in secure asset recycling. You will handle everything from the manual disassembly of consumer electronics to the high-volume palletizing and labeling of materials for secure transport. This is an ideal position for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on, fast-paced work and is looking for a long-term career path with a premier global employer.
What you will do:
- Manually break down and disassemble consumer electronic devices including TVs, computers, and mobile phones using basic hand tools.
- Sort and move products to and from scan lines to ensure the facility meets daily production and recycling goals.
- Accurately palletize, wrap, and label completed boxes to ensure secure and legible identification for shipping.
- Supply production stations with necessary materials and transport facility waste to compacters for proper disposal.
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation by strictly following all security, safety, and procedural guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members across different warehouse zones to support overall facility workflow and efficiency.
What we re looking for
- A dependable individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to a consistent Monday Friday, 8: 00 AM 4: 30 PM schedule.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and routinely lift up to 50 lbs throughout a fast-paced production shift.
- A proactive professional with reliable transportation to the Asset Recycling Way facility in Dawsonville.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively while working independently.
- A "team player" attitude with the flexibility to assist in different areas of the warehouse as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred, though a great attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
- Motivation for long-term growth and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role with the end-client.
