We are seeking an Executive Administration Assistant for an onsite role in Chicago, IL 60642, offering $26/hour on a 12-month contract with potential temp-to-perm opportunity. This position provides direct administrative support to executive leadership by managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing and editing reports and correspondence, handling confidential information, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external communications. Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Support one or more executives with daily administrative and office functions
- Prepare, edit, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense tracking
- Receive, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, visitors, and correspondence
- Maintain files, records, schedules, and administrative documentation
- Assist with data entry, form completion, and document production
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Administrative or executive support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to identify issues and make decisions using standard procedures
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
- Experience supporting senior leadership preferred
- Bilingual skills or basic research and drafting experience is a plus
