Field Operations Support Assistant (Bilingual)
Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Field Operations Support Assistant in Brownsville Texas 78521 with $10.00/hr. Pay for a 3-months contract duration, temp only. In this role, you ll serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, supporting day-to-day operations. This role requires previous front desk or administrative, experience handling payments and working with office equipment. Prefers Bilingual (English/Spanish) APPLY NOW!
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PM, rotating Saturdays (1 2 per month, shared with 2 3 other associates)
What You ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Greet and assist visitors
- Process payments and maintain payment records
- Scan documents and maintain organized digital files
- Perform general office duties and support team as needed
What We re Looking For:
- Previous front desk or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable handling payments and working with office equipment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Must be able to work occasional Saturdays as scheduled
