Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general accounting and policy application & process administration for all cycles including inventory, revenue recognition, receivables/payables, intercompany.
- Provide comprehensive financial analytics and support to E&P North America.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and develop operational visibility into financial performance using excel.
- Create and process monthly/quarterly closing journal entries in the general ledger, such as calculating and booking revenue and cost liquidation.
- Proactively highlight financial risk and opportunities input to the QMI process. Review accuracy of local GL and validate legal entity/product line.
- Review inventory and Estimated Cost Accrued (ECA). Cooperate with the financial closing and ensure close coordination with the Product and Regional finance teams.
- Ability to reconcile company accounting ledgers, focus on details, resolve accounting errors, and work with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- SAP and Oracle ERP systems experience required.
- Advanced Excel skills
