- Operate designated production equipment safely and efficiently, including start-up, changeover, shut-down, and basic preventative maintenance.
- Perform manual production tasks such as loading supplies, reworking products, and feeding items onto conveyors.
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and equipment operation policies at all times.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards through inspection and testing of products during production.
- Support general plant and equipment cleanliness through ongoing 5S and housekeeping tasks.
What We re Looking For:
- Previous production experience required;experience in food or beverage manufacturing preferred.
- Experience in performing hands-on assembly and inspection tasks.
- Proven focus on safety, product quality, and efficiency in past roles.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Forklift experience required at some locations.
