What You ll Do:
- Review and evaluate interior design submittals for brand compliance and quality.
- Advise owners and designers on finishes, layouts, and FF&E selections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve design challenges efficiently.
- Maintain design documentation, project records, and resource libraries.
- Support process improvements that enhance design consistency and efficiency.
What we re looking for:
- Bachelor s degree in Interior Design or Architecture (or equivalent).
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality or commercial design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
