RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are looking for dedicated Generalist to join our team in Plano, TX who will be responsible for a variety of tasks in one or more functional areas of HR: employee relations, total rewards, and talent acquisition. Will be reporting to the HR Supervisor but will support CHRO - chief human resources officer. If you are interested and qualified for this role, APPLY NOW!




**This is a Remote position but would prefer someone local to Dallas area to have ability to come in for certain events.




Essential Duties:
  • Serves as point of contact for company employees and leadership for assigned area.
  • Facilitates HR programs in one or more areas such as Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Performance, and Talent Acquisition
  • Maintains timely communication with internal and external customers.
  • Creates and maintains HR records in both electronic and paper format.
  • Helps to ensure compliance with internal policies/procedures, as well as local, state and federal regulations.
  • Assists in training and onboarding of new client team members.
  • Maintain accurate and timely personnel payroll records.
  • Support team members by timely executing requests and following up on issues.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • A subject matter expert in the acquisition of talent. Will work closely with HR, Hiring Managers and Recruiters
  • Will be heavily involved in the placement process from origination of job descriptions all the way through to the start of employment and beyond.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Works with appropriate level of supervision.
  • Prompt, punctual, and regular attendance during core business hours.

 

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR function




Preferred Qualifications:
  • College/University graduate in related discipline preferred plus 3 years of Human Resources and related experience;equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
  • Business acumen, attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills are required.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective collaboration skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
  • Good prioritization and organization skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret policies and procedures, technical procedures.
  • Ability to generate reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from all levels of employee workforce.
