We are currently hiring for the position of Janitorial Temp in Columbia, MO 65201. This is a 6-month temporary contract offering a competitive pay rate of $16.50/hour. There are 4 openings, with each position assigned to a different shift. Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 5 days per week, is required. Regular days off will be assigned upon starting. Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Janitorial Temp in Columbia, MO 65201. This is a 6-month temporary contract offering a competitive pay rate of $16.50/hour. There are 4 openings, with each position assigned to a different shift. Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 5 days per week, is required. Regular days off will be assigned upon starting. Available Shifts:
- (2) positions: 8: 00 AM 4: 30 PM
- (2) positions: 5: 00 AM 1: 30 PM
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility s interior and exterior, including floors, restrooms, and parking areas
- Ensure the plant remains as lint-free and sanitary as possible
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles in designated areas
- Follow standard operating procedures and meet quality and safety standards
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized at all times
- Work collaboratively with team leads and supervisors
- Crosstrain in other roles to support production needs
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or sanitation roles
- Ability to work any assigned shift Monday through Saturday
- Capable of standing for long periods (up to 12 hours) and performing physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and pulling
- Strong punctuality and attendance record
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a diverse team environment
- Must follow instructions and adhere to all company safety and operational policies
- Willingness to work beyond scheduled hours if needed
