What You ll Do:
- Assist scientists and engineers with day-to-day laboratory activities and projects.
- Collect, prepare, and test samples following established protocols.
- Perform routine chemical or biological analyses in support of research or quality testing.
- Accurately record observations, data, and test results.
- Support the setup and execution of controlled laboratory experiments.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on laboratory equipment.
- Follow all laboratory safety, quality, and compliance procedures.
- Prepare basic documentation and reports as required.
- May provide guidance to other junior associates as skills and proficiency increase.

- Entry-level laboratory knowledge gained through work experience, vocational training, or technical education.
- Basic understanding of laboratory procedures, tools, and safety standards.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work within clearly defined processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.
- Willingness to learn, develop technical skills, and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work with limited autonomy under close supervision.
