LNE Repair Technician
Job Description
RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented LNE Repair Technician to join our refurbishment team in Mesa, AZ with $19.50/hr pay for a 4 months contract (potential temp to perm opportunity). If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with tools, and figuring out how things work, this role offers a great opportunity to build technical skills in a supportive manufacturing environment. What You ll Be Doing:
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair bottled water coolers, filtration units, and coffee brewers
- Diagnose heating, cooling, and electrical issues on refurbished equipment
- Follow OEM specifications, schematics, and technical manuals during repairs
- Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble equipment
- Perform quality checks and ensure all units meet standards
- Use electrical testing tools and hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate repair records
- Keep your workstation clean and follow 5S and safety standards
- Participate in daily team huddles and support improvement goals
What We re Looking For
- Ability to work well in a team with a strong sense of urgency
- Comfortable using manual, electric, battery, and pneumatic tools
- Able to read schematics and follow technical instructions
- Basic math skills (multiplication and division)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Problem-solver with attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Able to lift up to 45 lbs as needed
