Description:
- Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on physical structures, ensuring all facilities, including factories, office buildings, and other industrial establishments, remain in optimal condition.
- Repair Structural Components: Utilize hand tools and power tools to repair and maintain physical structures, addressing issues such as leaks, broken fixtures, and other minor repairs to keep the facilities functional.
- Assist in Building Upkeep: Support the upkeep of commercial and industrial buildings by performing tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work as needed.
- Conduct Safety Checks: Perform safety checks on all structures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, reporting any potential hazards or needed repairs to the maintenance supervisor.
- Respond to Maintenance Requests: Quickly respond to maintenance requests from different departments, prioritizing tasks to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Job Requirements:
- 0-4 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools, with the ability to perform basic repairs on various structures, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance tasks.
- Strong ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, repair and implement effective solutions quickly and efficiently.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard, with an emphasis on safety and compliance.
