Manufacturing Analyst
Job Description
We are hiring a Manufacturing Analyst for a 12-month contract with potential for a temp-to-perm opportunity, located at Hackettstown, New Jersey 07840, offering a competitive pay rate of $30/hour. This role supports end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing operations, including production planning, inventory management, and supply coordination to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have 2 5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics, strong Excel and SAP skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday Friday (40 hours/week) | On-site every Wednesday in Hackettstown
Key Responsibilities
- Review production plans in Rapid Response and align with Supply Planning on schedule handoffs
- Negotiate and commit production schedules with site teams
- Manage SAP Production Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure accurate updates and closure
- Identify and resolve inbound supply issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Manage on-site inventory in SAP, including cycle counts, audits, and system reconciliations
- Support new product introductions and production site startups
- Contribute to item workflow processes and continuous improvements
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers by managing Accounts Payable through CORA
- Monitor supply chain performance and support customer service and ordering processes
- Demonstrate initiative in meeting team and organizational objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- 2 5 years of experience in manufacturing, accounting, or supply chain/logistics
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and improve processes
- Moderate to strong learning agility
- Experience with SAP (required)
- Familiarity with Veritas or other ERP systems (preferred)

- Must be local to Hackettstown, NJ or able to reliably commute
- Must demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and improve workflows
