Job Description
RightStone is looking for an Order Picking & Warehouse Fulfillment Associate in Irving, TX offering $16/hr. on a 3-month contract with a temp-to-hire opportunity. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, and staging customer orders using RF scanning technology. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced, physically active work and are comfortable meeting productivity goals in a team-driven environment.

Quick summary of daily responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and fulfill orders
- Meet daily productivity goals (up to 200+ orders per shift)
- Lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Walk, stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the entire shift
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workspace
- Follow company safety policies and operational procedures
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, order picking, or fulfillment experience preferred
- Experience using RF scanners or handheld inventory devices preferred
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Consistently
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, productivity-driven environment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work overtime when required
Dress Code:
- No Shorts
- Workwear attire;no tank tops, obscene clothing.
- Steel toe shoes required
