Job Description
RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking for a Project Specialist to support a critical document reboxing and indexing project in Pico Rivera, CA with $18.75/hr pay for 3months contract. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role that requires attention to detail, strong data entry skills, and the ability to meet daily production goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Transport boxes using U-boat carts into a designated office workspace.
- Unpack, rebox, and index files as part of the document processing workflow.
- Build and label new file boxes, including adding tissue and card stock inserts.
- Break down and discard old boxes once files have been transferred.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry related to indexed files.
- Maintain a production target of 30 boxes per day.
Qualifications:
- Must pass typing test (Typing speed of at least 8, 500 KPH (keystrokes per hour)
- Ability to lift and move boxes regularly (very physical job).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable working in an indoor office environment performing repetitive tasks.
- Previous experience with document management, archiving, or indexing is a plus.(Preferred)
- Experience with data entry or administrative support work is beneficial. (Preferred)
