Essential Functions:
- Process release of information requests efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and HIPAA guidelines.
- Reproduce requested information according to Service Level Agreement (SLA) and legal requirements (e.G., subpoena), using methods like fax, scan, or photocopy.
- Identify request status (walk-in, fax, pre-payment) and enter data into tracking system.
- Verify accuracy and quality of reproduced work and data entry before providing to requestor, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.
- Generate cover letters, pre-payment notices, invoices, and mail information;process payments upon receipt.
- Use various computer systems to maintain procedural consistency.
- Perform other assigned duties.
