Who will assist RCI's members- specifically our Key Clients to achieve their holiday requirements by providing sales and service advice, which will ensure the achievement of individual, team and departmental targets and benchmarks. Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
- Proven customer service skills and experience
- Timeshare industry knowledge highly regarded
- Excellent knowledge of domestic and international tourist destinations
- A willingness and ability to learn new products and systems
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Can work well as part of a team, as well as individually
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work shifts, including Saturdays as required.

Job Description:
- Undertake inbound and outbound call activity as directed
- Achieve Service Levels as outlined by Member Services Mmgt including adherence, service levels, acceptance levels and quality assurance;as directed
- Achieve revenue targets and service benchmarks as set by Member Services management
- Ensure relevant documentation is accurately completed and delivered to members in a timely manner
- Process transactions, including Weeks, Points and/or Travel, accurately through to completion
- Actively participate in team meetings, teambuilding activities and industry functions and events as required Any other duties as required and/or directed
