WE ARE HIRING! We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Alpharetta, GA 30004, who will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our company. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
  • Qualification: Conduct initial outreach to prospects to understand their needs, qualify their interest level, and determine if they are a good fit for our products or services.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team, ensuring a steady stream of opportunities for them to pursue.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in our CRM system, and effectively manage lead pipelines to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies, refine messaging, and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including lead generation targets, conversion rates, and appointment setting goals.




Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone and in person.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a relentless focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving priorities and embrace continuous learning and development.
