Job Description
Rightstone is looking for a Sales Programs & Operations Coordinator in Parsippany, NJ. The pay rate is $33.06/hr for a 6-month contract with a highly attractive hybrid schedule: onsite in Parsippany Tuesday Thursday and working from your home office on Mondays and Fridays.
In this role, you will join Wyndham Worldwide, a global hospitality leader, supporting major corporate sales programs and loyalty marketing initiatives. You will act as the central link between franchise hotels, senior sales leadership, and cross-functional teams. This position blends high-impact creative marketing delivery with rigorous sales operations demanding a mix of campaign coordination, data tracking, and technical platform management. This is an ideal role for an analytical, tech-savvy specialist looking to elevate their career with a world-renowned brand.
What you will do:
- Coordinate and manage multiple corporate sales programs, marketing campaigns, and B2B loyalty initiatives simultaneously from concept to completion.
- Create clear, persuasive, and professional communication materials tailored for hotel owners, senior executives, and internal stakeholders.
- Build comprehensive data reports, track critical sales KPIs, and translate analytical metrics into actionable business insights.
- Manage corporate event, group, and transient travel logistics utilizing advanced procurement systems and specialized software.
- Act as a proactive, creative problem-solver across internal teams to streamline sales operations and adapt quickly to shifting business priorities.
- Maintain rigorous documentation and ensure all program deliverables meet absolute quality and brand compliance standards.
What we are looking for:
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in sales operations, corporate marketing programs, loyalty marketing, or a related hospitality coordination role.
- Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Jira is highly preferred.
- Proven experience utilizing specialized corporate tools such as Cvent, Cvent Transient, and ZoomInfo.
- Master-level comfort with standard business systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual training technology like Zoom.
- Exceptional project management skills paired with a deeply analytical, data-driven approach to decision making.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent of professional experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management is preferred.
This is a temporary/contract position. While benefits (Health, 401k, PTO) are not provided during the contract period.
