Job Description

Responsibilities
- Support and maintain ERP systems (IFS preferred;Oracle or SAP also accepted)
- Manage and resolve system support tickets
- Write and troubleshoot SQL within the ERP environment
- Provide backup support for IT functions as needed
- Partner with end users to resolve issues and improve system usage
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related field;or equivalent combination of education & experience.
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong SQL knowledge and understanding of how SQL functions in ERP systems
- Experience supporting ERP platforms (IFS, Oracle, or SAP)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams
