Job Description
We are looking for a Senior End User Support Engineer to be in Parsippany, NJ 07054 for a 6-month contract - with potential to be permanent. The Senior Support Engineer End User & Infrastructure will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our corporate and remote locations for computers, peripherals, and applications. They will also interact with other cross functional teams Infrastructure, Telecom, Networking & Engineering to include but not limited to: Network equipment, PBX systems and procurement of end user hardware and software, APPLY NOW!
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide advanced Desk Side and phone support to our local and remote customers while resolving all Incidents/Service Requests within identified service levels.
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting and performance testing of Desktop problems related to hardware, peripherals, applications, and overall system performance.
- Provide Hands/Feet for Telecom/Networking Engineering configuring/troubleshooting.
- Provide Patch Management & Software distribution as well as SCCM reporting.
