Job Description
We are looking for a professional who will plan and arrange the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed.
- Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.
- Responsible for testing all customers samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.
- Responsible for designing, developing and implementing cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
- Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.
- May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to install (and troubleshoot installs) industry standard benchmarking Software needed.
- Use specialized equipment to test multiple subsystems on PC's, using specific tools to gather results.
- Run thorough testing, identify areas of concern, and re-run as needed.
- Knowledge on troubleshooting issues that may arise with systems and software used in testing.
- Maintain all test results through to completion of test and creating report out to multiple teams of results.
- Working knowledge of Windows/Chrome/Mac/Apple OS required
- Expertise with advanced features in Excel required. Basic knowledge of Power Point preferred.
