Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate in Nashville TN 37211 with $20hr pay for a 12-month contract duration, temp to hire opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound, picking, packing, staging orders and wrapping pallets. Requires physically fit and able to do heavy lifting regularly. APPLY NOW!

Position Summary
- Outbound - Picking/ Packing/ Staging orders/ wrapping pallets
- Unload inbound trucks and handle materials safely.
- Minimum of 200 orders picked daily.
- Verify shipments against packing lists for accuracy.
- Stock materials in designated areas efficiently.
- Use RF scan guns to ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Safely lift and move items over 50 lbs. As needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate forklifts per company policy.
- Proven experience using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and lift 50 75 lbs. Regularly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory and fulfilling orders.
- Reliable attendance, professional work ethic, and ability to follow warehouse procedures and safety protocols, including wearing steel-toe shoes/boots.
