RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We re looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our receiving team in Auburn, WA with $20hr pay for a 3months contract (potential temp to perm opportunity). Schedule: Monday Friday, 6: 00 AM 3: 00 PM
Onboarding Shift: 8: 00 AM 3: 00 PM (first day)
PPE Required: Safety toe shoes (vests and gloves provided)
Dress Code: Casual (jeans, T-shirts, hoodies no loose items for safety)
What You ll Be Doing:
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Pick and fill orders, including wire cutting and pipe orders
- Load and unload delivery trucks
- Operate warehouse equipment and forklifts safely
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and orders
- Follow best practices for inventory organization
- Support other warehouse tasks as needed
What We re Looking For
- Must be able to lift and move 50+ lbs regularly
- Must be able to stand, lift, and move throughout your shift
- Must have a positive, self-motivated attitude and willingness to learn and improve
- Must have reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to learn use of handheld (RF) scanners and operating systems.
- Must be able to operate forklift equipment such as: Order Picker, Reach Truck, Sit-down Forklift and Stand-Up Forklift.
- Good communication skills
- Team player with strong safety awareness
