Job Description
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for a 3-month contract opportunity in Fenton, MO 63026 paying $20/hour, with strong potential for a temp-to-perm opportunity. The primary responsibility of this role is to pick, pack, and ship orders accurately using an RF scanner while supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to assist in different areas of a small branch environment as needed.
Schedule
- Monday Friday | 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PM
Main Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders using an RF scanner
- Handle shipments ranging from small boxes to palletized orders
- Receive, organize, and store inventory accurately and safely
- Perform routine cycle counts and inventory checks
- Identify and report damaged or defective materials
- Assist with general warehouse and branch support duties as needed
Main Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work on your feet and lift/move materials throughout the shift
- Experience using RF scanners is a plus
- Must wear steel toe shoes or boots
- Strong reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail
- Willingness to support a small branch team in multiple areas when needed
