Warehouse Document Specialist
Job Description
RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We re looking for a Document Prep Specialist to help prepare paper records for scanning and imaging. You will be joining our warehouse team in Freehold, NJ with $16.97/hr pay for a 1 year contract (temp only). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys focused, detail-oriented work in a structured environment. Most of the work is done seated, with some light reaching and consistent use of your hands and arms. APPLY NOW!
Work Schedule: 3: 45PM - 12: 15AM
What You ll Do:
- Review and prepare documents for scanning
- Remove staples, paper clips, and other fasteners
- Straighten folded or bent pages so documents lay flat
- Keep documents in the exact same order after preparation
- Work with one carton at a time at a prep table
- Stay focused and follow instructions carefully
What We re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Comfortable doing repetitive, hands-on tasks
- Able to stay focused for extended periods
Work Environment & Attire:
- Seated work with frequent use of upper extremities and some reaching
- Presentable and appropriate attire required
- Protective footwear may be required (ASTM F2413-11 safety toe with slip-resistant rating of Better or Best)
