Job Description
We are currently hiring a Warehouse Operator Specialized Forklift in Houston, TX 77060. This is a 12-month contract position with potential for temp-to-perm conversion, offering a competitive starting pay of $20/hr. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a 25k Hyster 360 forklift to support production operations, including loading and unloading heavy freight, receiving and stocking materials, preparing component kits, performing cycle counts, and ensuring accurate movement of inventory through Shipping and Production lines. We are looking for candidates with strong warehouse experience, including Shipping & Receiving and ERP system usage (such as SAP or Oracle), along with solid communication, math, and computer skills.
Shift Availability
- 1st Shift: 5: 00 AM 1: 30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 1: 00 PM 9: 30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 9: 00 PM 5: 30 AM

Your Typical Day Will Include:
- Operating a 25k Hyster 360 forklift to support production and handle heavy freight
- Receiving materials from global suppliers and internal plants
- Stocking production assemblies and preparing component kits
- Performing routine cycle counts and inventory checks
- Picking and staging materials for Shipping and Production lines
- Reading and following work instructions, memos, and shipping documents
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of warehouse or industrial experience
- 2+ years of Shipping & Receiving experience
- 1+ year experience using ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Experience operating forklifts, preferably heavy-capacity equipment
- Strong basic computer skills, math proficiency, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
