Job Description
Rightstone is looking for a Warehouse Project Specialist in Pico Rivera, CA. The pay rate is $19.93/hr. on W2 for a 3-month contract, with potential for renewal based on project needs.
In this role, you will execute a specialized project focused on the preservation and digitization of high-priority records. You will work within an office-based warehouse environment, managing the transition of sensitive files into new archival systems. This position requires a unique blend of physical stamina and high-speed data entry to ensure all records are accurately indexed and searchable for the client.
Work Schedule: 07: 00 AM 03: 30 PM, 5 days a week, including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
Assessment: Candidate must pass with 8500 KPH (28WPM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Re-box and index files while working inside an office environment
- Move boxes from pallets to U-boat carts and transport them into the work area
- Build new boxes and transfer files from old boxes into new ones during indexing
- Place tissue at the top of completed boxes and card stock along the side of e-boxes
- Apply four labels to the outside of each completed box
- Break down old boxes and prepare for the next box
- Perform accurate data entry related to indexing activities
- Meet a daily productivity target of approximately 30 boxes per day
Qualifications:
- Comfortable performing repetitive data entry tasks
- Must pass a typing test with a minimum score of 8, 500 KPH
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, stacking, and moving boxes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
