Job Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Project Specialist to join a growing team in Redlands CA 92374 with $19.92/hour pay for a 3-month, temp to hire opportunity. This role involves reboxing files, indexing, and basic data entry in an office setting. It is a physical job that requires moving boxes, organizing files, and working at a steady pace to meet daily goals. Schedule: 7: 00 AM - 3: 30PM, Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts (includes 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks)
Typing Assessment: Candidate must pass with 8500 KPH (28WPM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Move boxes from pallets using a U-boat cart into the work area
- Take one box at a time to a desk and transfer files into new boxes
- Perform indexing and enter data while reboxing files
- Build new boxes and break down old boxes after use
- Add tissue and cardstock to completed boxes and apply labels
- Maintain organization and accuracy while working
- Meet a daily target of around 30 boxes
What we're looking for:
- Able to perform physical work (lifting, moving, standing)
- Must pass a typing test with a minimum score of 8, 500 KPH
- Basic computer skills for data entry
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and able to follow instructions
