Warehouse Project Specialist
Job Description
Rightstone is looking for a Warehouse Project Specialist in Redlands CA. The pay rate is $19.92/hr. On W2 for a 3-month contract, with potential for renewal based on project needs.
In this role, you will execute a specialized project focused on the preservation and digitization of high-priority records. You will work within an office-based warehouse environment, managing the transition of sensitive files into new archival systems. This position requires a unique blend of physical stamina and high-speed data entry to ensure all records are accurately indexed and searchable for the client.
Overview
This position is a mix of re-boxing and indexing. The contractors will be inside an office area.
Essential Functions
- Move boxes from pallets using a U-boat cart into the work area
- Take one box at a time to a desk and transfer files into new boxes
- Perform indexing and enter data while reboxing files
- Build new boxes and break down old boxes after use
- Add tissue and cardstock to completed boxes and apply labels
- Maintain organization and accuracy while working
- Meet a daily target of around 30 boxes
What we're looking for:
- Able to perform physical work (lifting, moving, standing)
- Must pass a typing test with a minimum score of 8, 500 KPH
- Basic computer skills for data entry
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and able to follow instructions
