Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker in Midland, TX 79706 with $25/hr. Pay for a 12-month contract opportunity. In this role, you will support day-to-day warehouse operations including reading and processing orders, forklift operation, and inventory movement in a physically active, fast-paced environment. Shift Schedule:
9am - 5pm Monday through Friday
Roles and Requirements:
- Read and comprehend written instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Apply basic math concepts to perform inventory and order tasks.
- Possess basic PC skills to navigate systems for receiving and picking transactions.
- Operate a forklift safely during loading and unloading of freight.
- Work in a high-paced, noisy environment requiring constant movement.
- Regularly lift/move up to 20 lbs and frequently up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain accuracy while performing physically demanding tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 6+ months of related warehouse experience.
- Prior forklift operation experience is strongly preferred.
- Able to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
- Comfortable with frequent physical activity including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing.
