Job Description
RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Wire Cutter to join our team in La Vergne, TN. If you have the qualification below. APPLY NOW!
Job Responsibilities:
- Read orders such as customer, work, shipping, and transfer orders to determine products to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
- Cutting and spooling all different wire sizes using wire cutting machinery.
- Track footages of wire on stock wire reels and updating wire tag marker.
- Communicate when wire inventory levels are low.
- Convey material and products from receiving area to storage or other designated areas.
- Scan, sort and place material on racks, shelves and/or bins according to predetermined distribution center location.
- Assemble customer orders from stock and place on pallets or shelves;or convey orders to packing station or shipping department.
- Prepare parcels for mailing.
- Complete cycle counts and verify quantities of stock on request.
Qualifications and Physical Requirements:
- Utility, Electrical and/or distribution experience preferred but not required
- High School diploma or G.E.D.;or
- 6 months of related experience and/or training;or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Occasional lifting and pulling objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Forklift certification
- Mix of warehouse and office work environments
